My name is Tanya Knight, creator of MindfulnessWomen.com
Prior to 2017, there's no denying I was a wreck; emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and physically unhealthy.
Self-sabotage was preventing me from losing weight. My hormones were off-balance, my skin was suffering, and social media and mindless TV were sapping my spirit! I was lost, frustrated, and I knew it was time for a change.

To turn my life around, I made a conscious effort to learn how to live simply and naturally. I banished bad habits, underwent a digital detox, and retrained my body and brain.
I discovered mindfulness and clean eating - both of which helped me overcome self-sabotaging thoughts and behavior. And I lost 40+ pounds in less than 6 months.
My journey from then to now has led me to become the best version of myself - although I'm still learning and evolving! Overcoming my struggles has sparked in me a passion to share what I've discovered.
I believe that with the right guidance, tools, and resources, plus solid goals to work toward, you can be the best you... and that's why I'm glad you're here.
