My Story

Not too long ago, I was where you might be now. I felt drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. My hormones were out of balance, I struggled with PCOS symptoms, my skin reflected my stress, and I couldn’t find the energy to feel like me.

Self-sabotage ruled my thoughts. Social media and mindless distractions filled my time. And every attempt to change felt like a dead end.

I reached a breaking point in 2017 and decided I had to do things differently. No quick fixes. No crash diets. Instead, I focused on the root causes of my struggles and discovered something powerful:

  • Mindfulness helped me break free of self-sabotage.

  • And the combination helped me lose 40+ pounds in six months, balance my hormones, and reclaim my joy.

But this journey isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about healing from the inside out.
